Socially responsible company
In 2019, GL&Ass received for the fourth time the label “ESR Entreprise Socialement Responsable” (socially responsible company).
Pro RSE Association
End of 2019, GL&Ass became a member of the Pro RSE association, a Luxembourg professional association within the framework of RSE (responsabilité sociale des entreprises ≙ social responsibility for business (SRB) ).
Green Solutions Awards
As part of the national competition of the Green Solution Awards in 2019, initiated by the Centre for Technological Innovation for Sustainable Building NEOBUILD and the OAI, the new building was awarded by Goblet Lavandier & Associés in the Health and Comfort category.
The winners were selected based on objective criteria such as replicable functions of the building, construction costs, installed innovations and sustainability.

Mediation charter
In 2017, GL&Ass signed the "Charte de la Médiation" (mediation charter).
With this signature, GL&Ass recognizes the following:
• It is in our interest to prevent legal disputes by searching/finding consensual/mutual solutions.
• There is always a way to find consensual/mutual solutions, even if a negotiation fails and legal proceedings are initiated.

In 2017, our office received the "Made in Luxembourg" label. In 1984, the label "Made in Luxembourg" has been initiated as a registered seal of quality by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Crafts to identify the Luxembourg/luxembourgish origin of products and services. |

ISO 9001 2015
In 2015, GL&Ass signed a declaration of conformity regarding the requirements of the quality management systems DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
We hereby confirm that we have introduced and are using a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

Luxembourg charter of diversity
In 2014, GL&Ass signed the "Charte de la diversité Lëtzebuerg".
The signature of this charter confirms the commitment and endeavour of GL&Ass
• to respect and appreciate the talents and skills of each individual and set them as the centre of corporate culture and office practice;
• to exceed the relevant legal provisions on the topic of diversity and non-discrimination and to consider the multicultural diversity as a real performance advantage:
• to contribute to an attentive office policy that allows everyone to find their place and the opportunity to unfold.

MSF payroll giving
In 2022, GL&Ass took the initiative to support the organization Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF - Doctors Without Borders) with the "Payroll Giving" system. This program allows our employees to make regular donations to MSF that are deducted directly from their salaries. This amount is then generously rounded up by the company. These donations help bring life-saving aid to people in need. In 2022, for example, we supported a hospital in Sierra Leone that is supplied with electricity, among other things, by photovoltaic systems.
OAI-members Charter of values for a sustainable living environment and quality community life
In 2023, GL&Ass signed this charter, which puts the OAI professions at the heart of the change required to meet current and future environmental, economic, cultural and societal challenges.
This charter recognizes and promotes the very nature of the regulated OAI professions, whose professional independence is at the service of the general interest. By signing it, we make the commitment to handle our projects in accordance with the objectives of sustainable development, in particular through the actions stated in the charter.
IMS - Inspiring More Sustainability
Since 2023, GLAss has been a member of the CSR-oriented network IMS-"Inspiring More Sustainability".
IMS has been the leading network of Luxembourg companies active in the field of sustainable development for over 15 years.
Its mission is to inspire national economic actors to adopt responsible policies and practices. IMS Luxembourg accompanies its members through collaborative and connecting projects by promoting dialogue with stakeholders (private, public, associations).
